After learning what makes a great 3PL (from having our own online store), we know what makes an exceptional fulfilment partner. Despite our BIG name, we have built a small, tight-knit team and business built on our real experience of the highs and lows of outsourcing your shipping and storage.

Whether you’re new to using a third party logistics (3PL) partner, or you’re just looking for one that’s the right fit, here are some commonly asked questions that we can help answer straight away.

How does your pricing work?

Pricing is clearly itemised, and flexible to suit your changing needs, including seasonal order volume. With easy to understand line items for pallet storage, pick-face storage and packaging requirements, we use your average monthly B2C orders and average B2B monthly orders to estimate shipping costs so you’re never surprised by our invoices.

What is the onboarding process like for new customers?

Once you’re signed up with us, we will begin by connecting your sales/order channel(s); ensuring you’re happy with how to use our software. After your inventory has arrived at our warehouse, we will scan and securely store your stock, ready for fulfilling orders. When you make a sale, orders automatically sync through to our central portal. We pick, pack and ship your orders accurately and efficiently. We then invoice based only on the services you use.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with all major carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to both ship across the country and import/export goods overseas. With express, standard and international delivery available, we work with our customers to determine the most cost-effective courier option, aligned to your unique customer expectations.

Do you manage B2C and B2B fulfilment?

We cater for both B2C and B2B fulfilment requirements, including pallet distribution and next day delivery.
